What to include

• iPhone or iPad model
• iOS or iPadOS version
• App version, if you know it
• What happened and what you expected
• For a calculation question, the values you entered and the payment type

Please do not send passwords, Apple Account details or card numbers. How we handle support emails is described in the Privacy Policy.

Subscription

• Cancel the subscription — iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
• Request a refund — Apple handles refunds: reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Restore the subscription on a new device — Settings in the app → Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account you subscribed with.

The result differs from my lender’s

The app calculates strictly from the numbers you enter. Your lender may round payments differently, charge interest by actual days, or add insurance and fees. The exact amounts are in your loan agreement and your lender’s schedule.
