Mortgage Tracker — Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and the developer of the Mortgage Tracker app (called Ипотечник in Russian) as listed on the app’s App Store page (“we”). By installing or using the app, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. Apple Standard EULA
The app is distributed through the App Store. Its use is governed by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). These terms supplement it. If they conflict, the Apple agreement prevails with respect to Apple’s rights.
The agreement is between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, has no obligation to provide support for it, and is a third-party beneficiary of these terms.
2. What the app is
Mortgage Tracker is an informational calculator. It computes the payment, total interest, payment schedule and scenarios strictly from the numbers you enter.
- The app does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice and makes no recommendations. No calculation is a lender’s offer or advice to take a loan, choose a lender, or buy or sell property.
- The app is not affiliated with any bank, lender, developer or broker. Rates and program terms are not verified or updated in the app.
- Lenders apply their own rounding, payment dates, fees, insurance and rules for extra payments, so their amounts may differ from the calculation. Check exact amounts against your loan agreement and your lender’s schedule.
Any decisions you make based on the app’s calculations are your own and at your own risk.
3. Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, for personal non-commercial purposes, within the App Store rules.
You may not copy, modify or decompile the app or attempt to derive its source code, except where the law allows it; resell, rent or distribute the app; or bypass limits on paid features.
4. Free features
Always free: payment and interest calculation and the full payment schedule on screen. Saving calculations, recalculating a scenario with your own value and exporting the schedule to PDF and CSV are also free within the limits shown in the app.
We may change the app’s features and limits, including which features are free and which are paid.
5. Mortgage Tracker Pro subscription
- What it includes. Unlimited scenario recalculations with your own values on the results screen (Early Repayment, Rent or Buy, Property Value Growth), unlimited saved calculations and schedule exports to PDF and CSV. No ads.
- Periods and price. The subscription is available monthly or yearly. The price of each period is shown on the subscription screen in your App Store currency before you pay.
- Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-renewal. The subscription renews automatically for the same period at the current price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- How to cancel. iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. After cancellation, the subscription stays active until the end of the paid period. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
- Refunds. Apple handles refunds under its own rules: reportaproblem.apple.com. We have no access to your payments and cannot issue refunds ourselves.
- Restoring purchases. On a new device with the same Apple Account, tap Restore Purchases in the app’s Settings or on the subscription screen.
- Price changes. If the price changes, Apple will notify you in advance as provided by the App Store rules.
6. Ads
The app may show ads. There are no ads on the calculation screen. With Mortgage Tracker Pro, no ads are shown anywhere. We are not responsible for ad content or for advertisers’ products and services.
7. Data
What data the app collects and how it is used is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the app, you agree to data collection in accordance with it.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that the app will work without errors or interruptions or that its results will match your lender’s calculations.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses, lost profits or other damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app, or from decisions made based on its calculations. This limitation does not affect consumer rights under the law of your country of residence that cannot be limited by contract.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. A new version is published at the same address with a new date. By continuing to use the app after publication, you accept the new version.
