Restore Premium
Go to Settings → Remove ads → Restore while using the Apple Account that made the purchase. Check your connection and that the subscription is still active. If access is still missing, contact us with the product name and purchase date; do not send payment credentials. Restoring a purchase does not restore menus or shopping lists.
Cancel a subscription or request a refund
In iOS, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions and select the app. Removing the app does not cancel a subscription. Apple handles refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com. More help: cancel an Apple subscription. The one-time Premium purchase has no recurring payments.
Where are my menus and lists?
They are stored on your device. There is no developer account or cloud synchronisation for your content. Deleting or reinstalling the app can remove it. An Apple device backup may contain app data depending on your settings; we cannot retrieve a separate server copy.
Change language or permissions
Choose the app’s language in iOS app settings; available languages are English, Russian, German and Polish. Notification permissions are also managed in iOS Settings. Change tracking permission under Privacy & Security → Tracking. Where available, Settings → Ad settings inside the app reopens the advertising consent form. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
Recipes, allergens and cooking
Report an inaccurate recipe with its title and the step concerned. Check allergens, product labels and food safety yourself; dietary categories do not guarantee suitability for a medical condition. A timer or reminder depends on device settings and permissions.

Write to napp.dev.support@gmail.com with your request. Please do not include sensitive dietary or medical information unless necessary to explain the issue. The Privacy Policy explains data handling and available rights; the Terms of Use describe purchases and use of the app.
