Recipe Book

Terms of Use

Last updated:

These terms describe use of Recipe Book, provided by the developer identified on its App Store page. Contact: napp.dev.support@gmail.com. The app is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement. These service and purchase terms supplement that agreement and do not replace it or limit mandatory consumer rights.

1. Using the app

The app offers recipes, favourites, menu planning, shopping lists and cooking tools for personal use. Some features require Premium or have free-use limits. You may use the app under the applicable licence, but may not unlawfully redistribute its content, infringe others’ rights or interfere with its operation. Content rights remain with their respective owners.

Recipes and dietary categories are general cooking information, not medical or nutritional advice. Check ingredient labels, allergens, cross-contamination risks, safe temperatures and storage conditions yourself. Dietary filters do not guarantee that a meal is suitable for a particular allergy or condition. Cooking times and quantities are estimates.

2. Free access and advertising

Free access may include ads and feature limits. Where offered, voluntarily completing a rewarded ad grants the benefit described in the app, such as an additional cooking-mode session. Availability depends on the network and connection. Advertising or tracking permission is not a requirement to purchase Premium.

3. Premium purchases

Depending on availability in your storefront, Premium is offered as a one-time non-consumable purchase or a monthly auto-renewing subscription. The purchase screen and Apple confirmation show the current price, currency, billing period and included features before payment. Premium removes advertising in the app and unlocks the features shown in the app.

Apple charges the Apple Account used for purchase. A monthly subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before renewal; cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next renewal charge. Manage or cancel it in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or through the app’s Manage subscription option when available. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Access normally remains until the paid period ends, subject to Apple’s rules and applicable law.

The one-time option has no recurring charge and is associated with your Apple Account. It does not guarantee that the app, all future versions or every service will remain available indefinitely. Restore eligible purchases through Settings → Remove ads → Restore with the same Apple Account. An expired or refunded purchase does not grant ongoing access. Availability and Family Sharing depend on the product’s App Store settings.

Refund requests for Apple-billed purchases are handled through reportaproblem.apple.com under Apple’s rules and applicable consumer law. These terms do not remove any statutory refund or cancellation rights.

4. Local data and availability

Personal menus, favourites and shopping lists are stored locally. Keep appropriate device backups; we do not provide an account-based cloud restore service for that content. Deleting or reinstalling the app, device loss or some updates may result in loss of local data. Restoring Premium does not restore personal content.

Features, content and availability can change with updates. We aim to maintain the app, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.

5. Privacy, changes and contact

Data processing is explained in the Privacy Policy. Using the app does not replace a separate consent where one is required. We publish revised terms at this address and give additional notice where required; purchase changes remain subject to Apple’s rules and applicable law.
