Weekwall

Privacy Policy

Last updated:

Weekwall is provided by the developer identified on its App Store page. Contact: napp.dev.support@gmail.com.

1. Calendar and photos

With your permission, Weekwall reads events from the calendars you select to draw your schedule. It uses event titles, dates, times, calendar colours and identifiers. iOS grants full calendar access, but the released app uses it to read events, not to create, edit or delete them. Your selected photo and calendar content are processed on your device; Weekwall does not upload them to the developer. There is no developer account, advertising, tracking or third-party analytics or crash-reporting SDK.

2. Wallpaper, Shortcuts and permissions

Weekwall passes the generated image to Apple Shortcuts to set your wallpaper. Event titles and times in that image may be visible to anyone who can see your Lock Screen. Hide titles in Settings → Event Privacy → Hide Titles, then generate and apply the wallpaper again. Hiding titles does not hide event times.

The system photo picker provides only the photo you select. Saving a wallpaper to Photos requests permission to add images. Optional notifications are local reminders. You can revoke calendar, photo and notification permissions in iOS Settings. Downloading the supplied shortcut opens an Apple iCloud link.

3. Apple and other services

Apple handles purchases; Weekwall uses StoreKit transaction information to check Pro access. We do not receive full payment-card details or your Apple Account password. Apple services follow the Apple Privacy Policy. Calendar providers, iCloud Photos and device backups may synchronise content according to your own settings, independently of Weekwall. We do not operate a server for your calendars or photos.

4. Storage and deletion

The selected background photo, preferences, calendar selection and update status are stored locally. Removing the app removes its local storage; device backups follow your Apple settings. This does not delete your original calendar events, photos, installed shortcut, automation, applied wallpaper or copies you saved or shared. Manage those separately in the relevant apps. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

5. Support and your rights

If you email support, we receive your address and what you send. Avoid including private events, passwords or payment details; redact screenshots. We use correspondence to answer requests and keep it as needed to resolve them and meet legal obligations. Applicable grounds may include fulfilling your request, legitimate interests in support and legal obligations. No storage or communication method guarantees absolute security.

Depending on your country, you may request access, correction, deletion or a copy of personal data, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent and complain to a data-protection authority. Contact us; we cannot retrieve calendar or photo content that stays on your device. The app is not specifically directed at children. A parent or guardian may contact us about information a child has sent.
