These terms describe use of Glimmer — Affirmations, provided by the developer identified on its App Store page. Contact: napp.dev.support@gmail.com. The app is licensed under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. These service and purchase terms supplement that agreement and do not replace it or limit mandatory consumer rights.
1. Using the app
The app offers affirmations, topics, favourites, personal phrases, appearance settings, local reminders and widgets for personal use. Some features require Premium or have free-use limits. Use the app under the applicable licence; do not unlawfully redistribute its content, infringe others' rights or interfere with its operation. Content rights remain with their respective owners. You retain your rights to the personal phrases you create and are responsible for content you choose to share.
2. Wellbeing and AI-assisted content
Affirmations are intended for general inspiration and self-reflection. The app is not a medical service and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy or personalised professional advice. It is not an emergency or crisis service. Do not use it instead of qualified medical or psychological care. No improvement in health, mood, relationships, finances or other outcomes is guaranteed. If content causes discomfort, stop using that content and seek appropriate support. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.
Some content was created with the help of artificial intelligence, including some affirmation texts or visual materials. Such content may contain errors, repetition or wording that does not suit your circumstances. It is not an individual assessment or a professional recommendation. The current app does not provide a live AI chat or generate responses from your personal phrases.
3. Free access
Free access may include feature limits. External websites and services have their own terms.
4. Premium, subscriptions and trials
Depending on availability in your storefront, Premium is offered as a weekly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or a one-time non-consumable purchase. The purchase screen and Apple's confirmation show the current price, currency, billing period, included features and any trial before payment. Premium unlocks the features described on the purchase screen, such as additional topics, customisation and expanded personal-phrase limits. Availability can vary by version and product.
Apple charges the Apple Account used for purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before renewal. Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next renewal charge; Apple may charge renewal within that period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions or through the app's subscription management option. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Access normally continues until the paid period ends, subject to Apple's rules and applicable law.
If a free trial or introductory offer is available and you are eligible, its duration and the subsequent price are shown before confirmation. A trial converts to the paid subscription unless cancelled in time. To avoid a charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Eligibility and the effect of cancellation during a trial follow Apple's rules.
The one-time option has no recurring charge and is associated with your Apple Account. It does not guarantee that the app, all future versions or every service will remain available indefinitely. Restore eligible purchases through Settings → Restore purchases or the Restore option on the purchase screen using the same Apple Account. Expired, revoked or refunded purchases do not grant ongoing access. Family Sharing depends on the product's App Store settings.
Apple handles refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com under its rules and applicable consumer law. These terms do not remove statutory refund or cancellation rights.
5. Local content, reminders and availability
Your phrases, favourites and preferences are stored on your device. Keep appropriate device backups; we do not provide an account-based cloud restore service. Deleting or reinstalling the app, device loss or some updates may result in loss of local content. Restoring Premium does not restore that content.
Reminders and widgets depend on iOS permissions, notification settings and system scheduling. Delivery or refresh at an exact time is not guaranteed. Features, content and availability may change with updates, and an app update may be required to continue use. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free content. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections.
6. Privacy, changes and contact
Data handling is explained in the Privacy Policy. Using the app does not replace separate consent where required. We publish revised terms at this address and give additional notice where required; purchase changes remain subject to Apple's rules and applicable law.
